This 2 disc set features Elvis live in Amarillo, Texas at The Civic Center, June 19, 1974 and in Fort Worth, Texas at Tarrant County Convention Center, Recorded July 3, 1976.
The latest edition in the Follow That Dream Collector's Series contains 49 songs, all recorded in Nashville between May 1966 and September 1967. Track list includes such favorites as "Guitar Man," "Big Boss Man" and "Just Call Me Lonesome."
"Fashion for a King" is a Pål Granlund/Flaming Star production, written by Tommy Edvardsen and Atle Larsen. The book is an impressive document of all the outfits Elvis performed in through his career from 1968 and onwards. The book is full of fantastic, previously unreleased, rare and classic photos, all linked together by Edvardsen and Larsen's text. We have included 2 great soundboard CDs in this package.
Forty Eight Hours To Memphis was recorded Live on stage in Richmond, Virginia. March 18, 1974, it is derived from what must have been a full professional 16-track multi track recording, the sound is absolutely great, and Elvis is in top form. The booklet is full of great pictures from the actual show and informative notes. The CD comes in a 7” digi format with a 16 page booklet. Contrary to previous informal information given, please be advised that this is a MONO release.
